Old, artificial looking crowns

Concern

This patient had two crowns which were placed on her two front teeth following an accident many years ago. She now felt that the crowns looked “artificial”, didn’t match her other teeth in shade or length, and looked unsightly, with gray coloration at the gumline.

Solution

The old crowns were replaced with two porcelain crowns of exceptional form to match the other teeth in shade and length. They were shaped and fitted to eliminate any “gray” at the gumline.

Result

Now her two front teeth look no different from her other teeth so she has a lovely, natural smile that people compliment frequently.
