Concern

This patient did not like how crooked her front teeth were, especially how much the upper front teeth “stuck out”. She wanted to feel less self-conscious when she smiled.

Solution

The patient declined orthodontic treatment as well as any treatment to the bottom teeth, so porcelain veneers were placed to create a harmonious smile line and a shade consistent with her other teeth.
